By using www.smartechip.com or ordering products (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Conditions of Order (together, the “Agreement”). Smartechip may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Last revision date is noted on our site.

  1. Shipping Options

We can arrange delivery via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or your preferred carrier. You may also use your own logistics. Typical lead time: 1–3 or 5–7 working days. Special requirements require confirmation with our sales team.

  1. Quality Control & After-Sales Service
  • Guarantee: All products are original, new, and sourced from original factories, authorized agents, or authorized distributors.
  • Inspection Record: Provided with every order.
  • Warranty: One year from delivery.
  • Order Cancellation: Not accepted unless you provide legal proof that the products are not original or new.
  • Quality Issues: Notify us within 3 working days of receipt. Smartechip will replace defective parts. We do not accept order cancellation after shipping – only replacement.
  • Shipping Damage: Visible damage must be reported immediately upon receipt with photos.
  • Formal Complaint: Within 3 working days of receiving products, you must provide a formal issue description (text, photos, video, preliminary test, etc.). Upon confirmation, Smartechip will replace the parts and bear the shipping cost for new parts. We may request return of defective parts for inspection, and we will bear that shipping cost as well.

  • Service crashes, data loss, or interruptions caused by force majeure or factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Unauthorized access or illegal use of your information (including Identifiable Information) resulting from your failure to secure your account, username, password, or customer ID.
